About US

Our company was founded in 1993 with the object of functioning in textile side industry.

Our production is being held in Bursa Nilüfer Industrial Zone, on a closed factory area of 1048 m2.

Our company was founded as a family enterprise.Our founder Mr.ŞERİF ULGER was gratuated from YILDIZ TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY as a MECHANICAL ENGINEER in 1965.Then he worked as;

• 1965-1972 Sümerbank/Nazilli (Maintenance Chief, Yarn Chief,Textile Chief)
• 1972-1974 Paktaş/Adana (Maintenance Chief, Operation Manager)
• 1974-1978 Antbirlik/Antalya (Operation Manager)
• 1978-1984 Nastaş/Nazilli (Factory Manager )
• 1984-2002 Sönmez Pamuklu/Bursa (Operation Manager, Vice General Manager) görevlerinde bulunmuştur.

In our company he transfers his experiences of over 40 years about product development and quality and also he provides technical consultancy servises to various firms.
